My customer is currently using the TPS65910 (MSP430FR2000).
The current circuit is running stable.
However, you want to minimize power consumption when the circuit is off.
Currently, all power except VRTC is turned off in off state as below.
Customers also want to change this VRTC to OFF. If you remove the VBAT and control the VCC voltage for this part, can you turn off the VRTC too?
Although VRTC is not available in Power Off mode
VRTC is displayed in Power Down mode or Sleep mode.
6.3.1 State-Machine
The EPC supports the following states:
Off: The main battery supply voltage is high enough to start the power-up sequence. All power supplies are in OFF state except VRTC.
