TPS563208: No-load current is too large

Hi TI :

We are debugging the TPS563208 and have found that when no load is connected, the current consumption reaches 25mA !
The conditions are as follows:
input: 7.6V
Output: 3.3V
After the inductor is changed from the recommended 2.2uH to 3.3uH, the no-load current is still about 10mA. Why is the no-load current so large ? ? ?
Can you confirm the TI TPS563208 development board, what is the current consumption without the load ?
