TLV62569: Please recommend a 4 AAA 6V to 3.3V PN which can suppport Vin max > 6v

Hi,

Need a recommendation. all other SPEC is close to TLV62569 include the Imax, frequence, package,etc, just the Vin max > 6V. thanks.

What is the required output current? Is a leaded package required? What is the application?

We have the very efficient TPS62745, as well as the leaded TPS62120 and other choices.

Customer asked for 1A or 2A Iout, that is why they choosed TLV62569 at the first place. TPS62745 and TPS62120's Iout is a bit small.

Is there a low input voltage part can meet this ? something like 6~10V. thanks.

Hi Yue,

For 4x AAA, you need at least a 6.5Vin device. As well, most 4x AAA applications cannot support a 2A output load due to the impedance of the batteries.

If you need 2A, TLV62130A is the best option. For 1A, there is TLV62150A.
