TPS7A66-Q1: Package and thermal resistance

Hi,

In the TPS7A66-Q1 datasheet, HVSSOP has to have thermal pad.

But in pin description, it's "-" at Thermal PAD in HVSSOP. Is it typo?

Hi David,

Yes the bottom row indicating Thermal pad location should say "Pad" in the HVSSOP-DGN column and "-" in the SOIC-D column. We will fix this on the next revision of this datasheet.
