Judy,

TI BMS group has several charger ICs that can detect USB input per USB BC1.2 spec.

BQ25890 - 5A host controlled charger in QFN package
BQ25898D - 4A host controlled charger in WCSP
BQ25601D - 3A charger in QFN package

What other requirements do you have for the charger:
-input current limit?
-minimum system voltage?
-host controlled or standalone?
