LM5023: QR pin not used, could QR pin connect to ground directly?

Hi Team,

My customer doesn't use QR pin of LM5023.

Could he connect QR pin to ground directly?

Is there any concern?

Hi,

Could you help me understand why your customer doesn't want to use the QR pin? The controller would not be able to detect the demagnetization of the transformer if it is not connected.

It is just a experiment. I want to compare the performance with and without QR function.
