Our customer are concerned whether long-term reliability of LMZ23601 is more inferior than other module devices, or not. So we have below question.
- I found MTBF data in the below thread of E2E. I think 47,169,811 is much worse compared to MTBF of LZM31710. Why is there big gap between LMZM23601 and LMZ31710?

- Could you provide the internal structure of LMZM23601?
