Hello Team,

I'm Yuta Kurimoto FAE from TIJ.

I got one question from customer about LMR14030SQDDARQ1 Operating quiescent current (Iq).

Q. Do you know the Iq with switching at Iout = 0? If yes, please let me know the value of Iq, and the measurement condition (Vin, Vout, Ta, Fsw, RFBT, RFBB)

In the datasheet, I can see the Iq without switching. However I can't find Iq with switching.

Hi Yuta,

We only have the Operating quiescent current (non switching). We don't have Iq data with switching.

Hello Gavin,

Thanks, is it possible for you to measure the Iq data with switching by using LMR14030SEVM? (@ Vin=12V, Vout=5V, Fsw=600kHz, Iout=0, Ta = Room temp)?

I have to answer it for customer today but I don't have much bandwidth today...

The data is about 0.117mA.
