Hi M.Raja,

The first line of the top symbol of the device marking is the Lot Trace Code (LTC). This code allows TI to track back to the assembly lot history and wafer fab lot history.
The second line of the top symbol of the device marking is an abbreviation for the part number (SG2524) and the G4 indicates the part is Green with low halogens and has a lead finish of a precious metal (in this case Ni/Pd/Au).
