Hi team

By limitation of board layout rule, bq27426's BGA package ( ball to ball space is 0.5mm) is difficult.

Do you have any suggestion GG that is similar function(ROM base GG and system side) with another package

(or ball to ball space is more than 0.5mm) ?

Customer has been evaluating bq27426, so similar function is fine.

I would appreciate your suggestion.

Perhaps you could look into a flash gauge like the bq27750?

Thank you for your support.

bq27550 is pack side and havine DSG/CHG FET drive outputs.
Cusomer's application is system side and no need FET drve outputs.

I would appreicate another GG ( system side, low cost like a bq24726) wiht not BGA or BGA ( pad to pad spaece is over 0.5mm).
