My customer has an issue when using TPS40057 during short circuit test.
When setting the temperature to low or room temperature, the circuit can restart after the circuit exit short circuit mode. When setting the temperature to 50℃, the circuit can't restart after short circuit test, only if cut off the power and power on the circuit again. I didn't find any words that talked the IC will latch in over temperature, over current or short circuit condition. Can you help analyze this issue? Thanks a lot.
