Hi TI,
We did tests with BQ77915. We all fit. Maybe TI will have recommendations how to make "Restored to normal Mode." after a overcurrent without mechanical action.

    Hi Andrew,
    It will depend on the device configuration and attached system. As you likely noticed in the bq77915 datasheet table 1 discharge current recovery could be from load removal, time delay, or both. The configurations presently defined in section 6 all use load removal.
    When the part is looking for load removal the LD pull down resistor RLD_INT is enabled, if this can overcome residual load from the system the part will recover without mechanical intervention.
