LM43601: Vin proof stress of LM43601

Please let me know the possibility of failure if the following voltage is applied to Vin of LM43601 with 20uS.
a. 60 V
b. 70 V
c. 80 V
d. 90 V
How likely is the possibility of failure?
If possible, please give me an approximate percentage.
There is no problem with the assumed value.
