HI;

How can I determine the impedance of Q4 MOS between SYS and BAT? Is it a fixed value or will it change with temperature

    Hello,

    Like any pass element, the impedance between SYS and BAT through Q4 will change with temperature.

    The datasheet has the values rated with typical and max resistances at both 25C and across the operating temperature range of the IC of -40C to 125C. You can find these values in the EC table labelled as RON(BATFET).
