I bought a second EV2300 and try to make firmware update, but the first attemps failed:

What must i do?

Additional question, because it is not 100 % clear, will the update on "Controller" or on "DUT"?

Hi Test Person,

Please make sure everything is installed as Admin. Rights issues can cause unintended effects.

Please try following the instructions in this thread, especially if using a 64 bit system:

If issues persist, please try rebooting the computer and removing external USB hubs. Plug the USB device directly into the computer. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
