TPS562201: TPS562201 Inrush current Issue

Dear Team,

My customer has the inrush current issue for TPS562201DDCR, but there is no inrush current spec shows in TPS562201's datasheet.

My customer also require the TPS562201 high/low side MOS pulse drain current spec.

Denny,
For the high/low side MOSE pulse current spec, you can refer OC current value.
For the issue which your customer's mentioned, need you upload schemtic and test waveforms for analysis.

hi Denny,
1. The schematic is ok for me
2. Inrush current is ~52A! It doesn't make sense.
a) I suspect it is a wrong data because of the measurement, so double check your test equipment
b) if you confirm the measurement/equipment is right, please test inductor current which can show the TRUE inrush current to TPS562201.
