TPS55165-Q1: Load current

Hello E2E,

Does this device have the spec for minimum load current?
Our customer is experimenting for this device on a prototype board. At light load current, the Vout rises slightly. They are trying to add a resistive load between Vout and GND.Please let us know the appropriate value for the resistance value.

Hi Sir,

The load regulation of TPS55165 is very good , generally several mV. So what is the data at the customer side? Could you please send the data to me?

Hello,

Please see the Fig_5 and 6 in the datasheet.When input voltage is low, Vout is over setted voltage. Our customer thinks, does like to suppress it.
I will request the measured data to customer.

Thanks for the update!

This part is transferred from another product line, I found my test result is much better than the curve. I will double check whether the curve in the datasheet is OK.

Please help to get the data from the customer side at the same time, thanks!
