Below is the UCC28180 gate driver waveform. the PFC MOSFET exploded sometimes. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello Jack,
There is some issue with your circuit and it will need more information than the gate drive waveform to explain what is happening.
Please attach your schematic circuit for the pfc with an up to date BOM.

Hi Jack,
Thanks for attaching the schematic.
It looks like your output voltage is set to 760V and the caps have a rating of 420V.
Is this right ?
I can see that you have 1nF cap C1 from the drain of the MOSFET Q2 to ground.
This is much too large a value to use.
Try removing C1
Also there is a 100k resistor R12 on the gate source of Q2.
Try making this 10k.
10k is normally used for this application.

Then finally I recommend that you run the Excel calculator tool for this application and double check that the component values in your circuit are correct.
