I want to check what's the meaning of S3 status. whether it has some connections with intel platform and DDR. Do you have some more details about the S3 mode? I also want to check when we need to care about the S3 status.

HI Frank,

TPS51200 pin should be connected to DDR SLP_S3 .

Regarding the S3 staus, please refer to TPS51206 datasheet page 12.

Hi Frank,

As listed in TPS51206 datasheet table 1 on page 12, S3 state is to turn off VTT and keep VTTREF on.
If your question is whether or not DDR needs S3 state, you should suggest customer to check with DDR vendor, not us.
