Hello,

Please do a web search with the same error "The Application was Unable to Start Correctly (0xc000007b)" It appears it may be related to a windows upgrade. There are a number of suggestions. Some include running as an administrator, or reinstalling /repairing the .NET framework. There are a few ways to repair the .NET framework. I found a repair tool on Microsoft. www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx please give that a try.
