  Are there the max value of Ron?

2.
  I think this device change from PWM to power save mode automatically.
  Are there the specific load current or calculation method changing those mode?

    Hello Yokota,
    About the value of Rds(on) of the high-side and low-side you can refer to the Figure 1 and 2 of the datasheet. Concerning your second question, it strictly depends on your application and operating conditions. With the fixed parameters of our EVM, you can refer to Figure 17 of the datasheet. Looking at the point where the curves are changing the slope you can have the information at which load there is a transition from PWM to PFM. For which application are you using this device?
