TPS544C20: Leakage Current on CNTL Pin

This is in addition to this thread which I believe has already been close:

Does the leakage current change over temperature? Is there data showing how it changes over some variable like temperature?

The 10uA is over the temp range. I see a max of 7uA over temp range but with guard bands the 10uA number is the number.
