Hello

Is there any current limit device to implement this function: if output current exceeds setted current limit, this device will shut down immediately; not like TPS25921 has two distinct overcurrent protection levels: the current limit (ILIMIT) and the fast-trip threshold (I(FASTRIP)) , only exceeds fast-trip it will be shut down immidiately

Hello Fandy,

Thank you for posting the question on eFuse, we certainly have eFuse which shutdown immediately after exceeding current limit setting.
Circuit breaker operation is required for your application.

Let me know the voltage and current ratings required for your application, so that we suggest the right eFuse.

Hi Kari
input voltage is 5V or 12V, 1A Current is enough, e-fuse will be added at front of TPS61165 which is blacklight Driver for Panel

Hi Fandy,

We recommend to use TPS25944A or TPS255944L for shutdown after over current
