LM1117: Temperature range and it's operation

Part Number: LM1117

Hi...

How about that we use LM1117MP-5.0/NOPB  in -32 degree C instead of LM1117IMP-5.0/NOPB.

For example, durability, duty cycle, output votage deviation, output voltage change.etc.

I'd like to know your rapid answer.

    Hi Keeryong,

    LM1117IMP parts are rated for -40 to 125C and LM1117MP parts are rated for 0 to 125C. Select the LDO with specifications for your operation conditions. TI does not provide performance specifications (output voltage deviation, output voltage change, etc) outside of the recommended operating temperature range.
