TSET is only supposed to have a resistor between it and AGND. It is recommended to keep the resistance between 66.5kΩ to 400kΩ.

The maximum rating for TSET is the resistance that is connected from it to ANGD, which is 400kΩ.

Internally to UCC28063, TSET pin generally generates a 2.7V voltage. No external voltage or capacitance should be applied to TSET, the internal circuitry is designed assuming there is only a resistor on this pin.
