LM5025: LM5025 UVLO abnormal value at -40C

Part Number: LM5025

Hi Guys

Our customer is using LM5025. usually, we use a PWM to P15 to get different hysteresis value; At the UVLO test, they use a voltage source to add the anode of the diode D11. They want to test the precise hysteresis circuit.

High temperature or Room temperature, test results almost the same: Voltage value=2V  device power off;  Voltage value=3V, device power on; similar to Theoretical value;

-40C temperature: Voltage value=2V  device power off; Voltage value=5V, device power on; This power on point is abnormal,it should also be 3V;

If we change the diode to a hysteresis circuit built by amplifier. This power on point will be better than the diode. So do you have any idea about this? what cause the different at low temperature?

your feedback are appreciated.
