BQ24630: Charge current too low

Part Number: BQ24630

Hi,

I have a design based on datasheet page 25.

Target battery is 6s LiFePO4 19.2V, 15Ah

Input Power is 24V, 2.5A DC supply.

I set ISET1 to 0.3V so it's around 1.5A charging current, ISET2 to 0.3V, ACSET to 0.5V so it's 2.5A max.

TS is connecting to a fixed 10K resistor for testing purpose.

Inductor is 8.2uH.

When I connect everything, STAT1 is ON and STAT2 is OFF meaning charging in progress.

However, the charging current is only 70mA instead of 1.5A, I further increase ISET1 to max VREF (3.3V), I can only get around 600~800mA maximum charging current.

VFB is set to 1.6V~1.7V, when VFB is more than 1.8V, charging will stop.

I confirm it's not a issue of battery since I connect the BQ24630 EVM board to battery I can get 3A charging current.

Could you take a look on my schematics, thanks for the help. Let me know if you need more info.
