Date code marking

We received part number TPS7A4700RGW but the (authorized) distributor claims they do not have the date or lot number. The top marking is:

PXSQ

TI 831

CCX5 G4

I assume the date code is "831" but I need confirmation from TI that this is the case. Please provide this information.

Hi,

You are correct, the 8 and 3 make up the YM date code. 8 refers to the year (2018), and 3 refers to the month (March). The assembly lot code is given by the first four characters in line 3, CCX5.

for line 3: CCX5, it is given as the assembly lot code, is it same with lot number on the label? if now, what is difference?
