EMB1428Q: EMB1428 is not communicating

I am working with a balancing solution very similar to the TIDA00817 reference design. It uses 2 EMB1428 and 1 EMB1499.

All power pins from EMB1428 seems to be correctly powered (all probed). Vstack is 20V. Vddio is 3.3V. 12V and 5V are all set.

All GNDs and pad, are in the same reference.

I send a SPI frame (probed SDI, SCLK, CS and RST, all seems to be ok). However i get nothing from sdo. Its all tri-state. Played with clock phase, and with RST. Could get nothing.

I have no switching from Cext1 or Cext2, the charge pump seems to not be working whatsoever (again, I have the same circuit from the reference design).

All gate voltages are 0V, what is troubling.

Any idea what could be the issue, or what should i be looking for.
