I designed a 3kw pfc converter . i sense current with 2 CT according to SLUA308 APP note.my fet is FCA35N60 (3 FET in parallel) and my diode is DSEI30-06A.my CT ratio is 260 to 1 and Rsense=9 Ohm.I ues a driver for driving 3 mosfet that name is MIC4452 . my controller is UCC2818A.i calculate according datasheet .when connect a load with 4A , mosfet and diode burn. why?

Hi Vahid,
Thanks for posting your schematic. I dont see anything wrong in your application and unfortunately there is no reference design or application information on how to sense current with CT's in the AC line. This was a design concept only with no application information.
I suggest you try to get some scope waveforms for the CT output and check to see what the waveform looks like.

hi john again. i change my circuit and sense current with resistor. the same issue was appeared. burn mosfet and diode in heavy load. can you help me?
