EMB1428Q: No activity on CEXT1 or 2, no SPI communication

Please help my customer get EMB1428 to work:

All VDDs have the correct voltage, and VStack is correct (20V).
I do not have any activity from Cext1 and Cext2. SPI communication gives me all zeros.
I played with reset, chip select, and clock, polarities. The gate pins have 0 volts, if I increase to more than 20 V, I am risking to damage all switches.

Please provide some guidance.

Hi Viktorija,

Could you please provide more details on what hardware they are using (our EM1402 EVM) or their own design, and what code they are running (our sample code or their own software)? We'll need to see their implementation if they are using their own to be able to provide any guidance.
