TPS55165-Q1: Trying to power-off the TPS55165 with IGN, but the output stays on

Part Number: TPS55165-Q1

Question: If I tie IGN_PWRL low, Float PS and SS_EN - I can turn on the IC with a HIGH on IGN, but the IC does not want to turn off when I drive the ING pin low.

Do I need to tie PS (and SS_EN_ Low as well)?    The datasheet indicates that there is an internal ~70k ohm pull-down on the PS pin.

(Section 7.11, page 9, line item 6.4 of the datasheet)

Looks like there is an internal pull-up current source on the SS_EN pin as well. Do I need to do anything with this pin?

Thanks!
