How much is the maximum and minimum Rds(on) of low side FET? They would like to calculate the variation of OCL. They don't neet guarantee. They will use it as reference.

Hi Tateo-san,

The Rds(on) of the low side FET ranges from 1.5mohm (min) to 2.4mohm (max).

Hi, Thank you for your support. Let me confirm one thing. What is the temperature condition of your providing data? Is this -40 to 125C?

The provided data was at room temperature. The data was based on the process variation only.
