Hello,
I'm searching for an automotive qualified buck converter 4V-36V input voltage ( better 40V tolerant input), with output 5V, Output Current-1A, and with very low quiescent current.
I want to have least quiescent current possible,with best efficiency, when the device is working with an output current of 700uA/5V from input voltage of 12V
is it possible to suggest any good part numbers?
