Hi team,

Several months ago my customer met start up problem with old version (B1 version as my impression) of TPS65218. The problem alleviated after they switched to D0 version for a while. However recently the problem occurred again. Do we have any workaround to solve the problem?

    Thanks for posting on the e2e forum. You will need to explain more about the issue to help us understand.

    Which TPS65218D0 device is the customer using, TPS65218D0RSL or TPS65218D0PHP?

    What happens when the problem occurs? Does it occur on a DCDC converter, an LDO, or a Load Switch?

    What is the total # of units tested?

    What is the total # of failures?

    Did the customer move "fail" unit(s) to a good board?

    Did the customer put good unit unto a failing board?

    Please provide scope shots of the issue occurring and a portion of the customer's schematic, if possible.
