LM117: Theta J-C value and Max Junction Temperature

The absolute max junction temperature is 150c.
Theta Jc for a bare die does not really make sense. The c represents case temperature, and there essentially is no case.
From a modelling perspective the surface temperature of the die can be considered the junction temperature.
