Thank you for your support always. I would like to know whether the thermal pad of TPS7B63-Q1 is connected to GND internally or not.

Hi RYO,

The thermal pad is electrically connected to GND but this is not a low impedance connection and is not used as a reference for any internal nodes like the GND pins.
