Could you mind explaining how to set TPS53688 SMBUS and SVID Address?

Because I can't understand what's the meaning in page8 of TPS53688 spec.

So please explain how to do.

I need set SVID address 00h, SMBUS address 0xC4, 7phase.

I am looking for your help.
