I guess the output power is higher than the capability of the simulation model at VIN=4.5V condition. I try 6V minimum input or 1.5A output current. the simulation is normal.
The device should support this application. I suggest you can apply an EVM for reference.
Or I can re-assign the post the Webench tool forum.

Upon looking at the details, the tool is running into issues generating a design due to issues with FET selection and also low phase margin. We will need to revisit the algorithms and update the selection to resolve this issue. For immediate assistance with this design, I would recommend following Jasper's suggestion on starting a design with EVM as a reference.
