How to find TI solution to replace ST1S06 

1. What is "inhibit" means?

2. Do we have such high PWM frequency to 1.5MHz?

    It looks like the datasheet you shared uses "inhibit" to designate what TI (and most others) call an enable pin/function.
    TI does offer high-frequency converters. Using webench would be a good place to start to see what devices fit your specific application.
