UCC27714: Could I have a latch up immunity actual performance data of UCC27714?

Hi Don,

I checked the customer current status. They are already evaluating UCC27714 with UCC28950 on their own board. According to their information, UCC27714 high side terminals (diodes between HB/HO/HS) were sometimes broken on their evaluation.
So they wanted to know whether HB/HO/HS terminals latch up immunity is lower than other terminals.

I know the latch up test is go/no go test. and probably you don't have any data of each pins maximum immunity level.
But if you have any data about that, could you please let me know?

This is most likely a layout issue causing their problem with negative voltage spikes. Can you send me the customer's layout and we can review it and make recommendations next week. Can you also include the failure rate they are seeing, as well as their schematic.

I asked the customer to measure voltage waveforms of HB/HO/HS terminals.
I will send you the waveform when I get it. Could you give me your comment then?
