TPS25942A: PGOOD Minimum

Hello E2E,

I would assume that there would be no minimum voltage requirement for the open-drain output of the PGOOD signal (assuming you don't violate the PMOS transistor saturation equations), but I wanted to double check.  With 12Vin, is pulling up to 2.85V ok?
