Dear expert,
My question is from LM5175's EVM. It uses VOUT=12V for BIAS, so the BIAS pin will supply VCC instead of VIN. From my understanding of the datasheet, VCC output will follow BIAS in this situation, right? My problem is that when SW1 is at gound, and VCC is charging C23, this VCC voltage will definitely kill D6 8.2V zener diode... I know this zener is used for high side MOSFET gate drive protection, but there's no series resistor to limit the zener current.
