BQ24610: Input 19V, output only 0.8v, can not be charged

Dear all:

When I used BQ24610, I encountered a problem. I input 19V voltage with a voltage stabilizer, and only 0.8v voltage was measured at the output end.What might be the reason?Any Suggestions?

Can you check IC's VCC, VREF and REGN voltage status? In general, if Vcc is above UVLO then ACFET/RBFET will be turn on then your 19V input should pass through to sys side.

I'm putting in 18V input, no battery, no load.measured VCC=18.6V；PG=0；VREF=3V；REGN=5.6V and TS=1.4V。But the output is still only 0.8V

Hello,

Can you measure the /ACDRV voltage and /BATDRV voltage as well?

Can you also tell us the state of STAT1 and STAT2?

And measured /ACDRV=12V; /BATDRV=17.4V; STAT1=0; STAT2=1.4V

Hello,

Can you measure the voltage on the ACN or ACP pins?

Can you also take a waveform of the VSYS voltage in time. I want to see if there is some oscillation.
Please also capture the VSRN voltage on the charger, VBUS and VBAT.
