BQ27750 how to disable zero-volt charging. My customer needs to forbid 0V charging for safety reasons.

And how to disable zero-volt charging?

Someone can help me to solve the problem?

And I setting pre-charge current，pre-charge start voltage, charge voltage low to 0.

But zero-volt charging is working yet.
