I am planning to use TPS65217D PMIC to power up the AM3352. I couldn't able to find any reference design for my application (AM3352 + TPS65217D).

Please share any reference deisgn available.

If you refer to this Application Note (www.ti.com/.../slvu551i.pdf), you will see the following statement:
"TPS65217D is identical to TPS65217C, except DCDC1 is set to 1.35 V to support DDR3L"

So any reference design for the TPS65217C (-C version of TPS65217 PMIC) is also a reference design for the TPS65217D, and there are many reference designs for the TPS65217C (especially the Beagle Bone Black, https://beagleboard.org/black)
