BQ28Z610: The Full Charge Capacity changes during the charge. Why?

I'm using a battery pack 2p1s Panasonic NCR18650BF and I have completed the learning cycle succefully. During the charge of battery the Full Charge Capacity changes and I don't understand why.

What am I doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong here. The IT algorithm can compensate for cell heating and other parameters during charge and adjust FCC for that.

Ok, but this adjustment changes also RSoC because RSoc = Remaining Capacity/Full Charge Capacity, then I have the different RSoC for every charge. Is there a way to fix the FCC at 6700?

No, I suggest that you use smoothing and enable smoothing in the gauging configuration. That can help. But it won't guarantee fixing FCC at a point.
