BQ27421EVM-G1A: Issue with remaining Capacity & full Charge Capacity reading

We are using removal battery of design Capacity 5200mAh. Finding issue while reading remainingCapacity &  fullChargeCapacity. Now using the sample code for bq27421.

Issue is when reading the these values always it read 0. Also tried reading unfiltered values but result is same.

When charging the battery these values will gradually start increase. But after reset or reboot of device they will be again reset to zero. 

Even if battery is fully charged after reboot it will show zero. Not sure where is issue.

Appreciate feedback/comments.

    The 421 is a ROM based gauge. When it loses power, it will lose all but the default data stored in OTP. That's why you have this issue. If you want a gauge that still retains data or has flash storage, please use any of the bq27510, bq27520 or bq27545 or bq27741 gauges.
