Linux/BQ78350: where are BQ78350 driver for linux

and ，how to  write data to  bq78350 ?  my condition is can be read, but writed data not be changed,  hope you help ,thanks

like this, write data 0x1f to address 0x02,but the address content not be changed

like this Power Config,

if i write value to it ,command format like this: 

i2cget -y 1 0x0b 0x4472

0x0b:slave address

0x4472:register address

OR

if read voltage command format line this:

0x0b:slave address

0x09:SBS commands

i2cget -y 1 0x0b 0x09

so,i have a problem about SBS command ,what is SBS-command role ？
