The problem of collecting energy signal of mechanical movement

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25770, BQ25570

Dear all:

The customer has a project, which is converted into electrical energy (kinetic energy to electrical energy) through mechanical movement, and the electrical energy signal is AC signal (about AC 2V).BQ25770 is used to collect this signal, but BQ25770 can only adopt dc voltage. Therefore, it is necessary to convert the rectifier bridge into dc signal, but the rectifier bridge will have a certain voltage drop and energy loss, which will lead to inaccurate voltage signal collection.

Question1: is there any way to reduce this loss?

Question 2: is there any scheme to directly collect ac signals?
